General
1.

(a) Your contract is with Tune Hotels.com (BVI) Limited, it's franchisees, associates, subsidiaries and affiliates whom trade as Tune Hotels. These are the general terms and conditions that apply to your contract with Tune Hotels and are supplemented by the terms and conditions that apply to the specific Tune Hotels where you have booked to stay (together "the Terms & Conditions" therein). Usage of this website is on condition that you accept without variation the terms and conditions set out herein which Tune Hotels may vary from time to time at its sole discretion with/without notice to you and you acknowledge that the usage of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions in force for the time being as set out herein.

(b) In the Terms & Conditions: "we" or "us" or "Hotel" means Tune Hotels (including, where appropriate, Tune Hotels employees, agents, and suppliers and all relevant insurers); "you" or "guests" means any and all person(s) for whom a hotel room is booked.

(c) The following terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Tune Hotels.

 
Definition
2. administration fee: booking & processing fee for each night booked

bed: Single-sized bed or Double-sized bed or 2 Single-sized beds

Booker: the owner of the valid registered account used to make the booking

Booking: booking with payment made and booking reference number issued

Booking Confirmation Sheet : PDF document issued for confirmed bookings

Booking reference number : a 10-digit reference number issued to guests who successfully complete their room booking process

Café : food and/or beverage outlet situated at the respective Tune Hotels

Call Centre : an attended service in which booking (via phone calls only), enquiries (via phone calls and emails only), etc are handled by Tune Hotels. (Please refer to Hotel Schedule)

Cancellation : when you cancel your booking with us

Cancellation fee : applicable to each room cancellation done at least 3 days before the scheduled check in date. (Please refer to Fee Schedule)

Changes : Such changes are limited to guest name changes, and any other changes solely determined by Tune Hotels. (Please refer to Fee Schedule)

check in time & check out time : it varies between countries (Please refer to Hotel Schedule)

Convenience store : convenience store which is situated at the respective Tune Hotels, (Please check the individual Hotel pages for more information)

Credit shell : in the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 3 days before the check in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation fee will be credited into the guest's registered account for future bookings. The amount in credit shell is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date after which it will expire. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not transferable to other accounts..

Double room : Room with 1 Double-sized Tune bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years on the date of the booking)

E-mail :an email from a guest sent to enquiry@tunehotels.com

Early Arrival : Pre purchase add-on which allows the guest to check in earlier than the check in time. Please refer to Hotel Schedule

Entertainment Package : Pre purchase add-on which allows the guest to enjoy specified channels and programmes. Channels and programmes vary by Hotel location.

Essentials toiletry kit : shower gel, shampoo sachets and soap

Fee Schedule : Please refer to Appendix "A"

Guest : a staying customer at Tune Hotels

Hotel : a Tune Hotels' hotel

Hotel Schedule : Please refer to Appendix "B"

Keycard deposit : a refundable fee collected upon check in for each issued keycard (Please see Fee Schedule) * Applicable only for Tune Hotels in Indonesia

Late Departure : Pre purchase add-on which allows the guest to extend their check out time. Please refer to Hotel Schedule

Luggage storage facility : chargeable optional service to store luggage at Tune Hotels.(Please refer to Fee Schedule)

Multiple nights : more than one (1) night

Rate : price charged for your room(s)

Registered account : account assigned upon first booking with us

Security : comprises manned personnel, CCTV & key lock system

Service tax and charges : (Please refer to Fee Schedule)

Single room : Room with 1 Single-sized bed. Maximum occupancy is 1 adult + 1 child (below 5 years on the date of the booking)

Accessible room : Room with 1 Double-sized bed and facilities to accommodate person with disabilities. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

Twin room : Room with 2 Single-sized beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years on the date of the booking)

Wheelchair Friendly : Room with 1 Queen-sized bed and facilities to accommodate wheel chair bound person. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
 
Tune Hotels “Limited Service” concept

Bookings
4.

(a) All room bookings andenquiries, can either be made online at www.tunehotels.com, via Tune Hotels Call Centres or via walk-ins at Tune Hotels locations.

(b) Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Online bookings are charged to valid Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards (where applicable) or viaonline transfer (where applicable) . For walk-in guests, payments are accepted by valid Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards (where applicable) and/or cash. Cash payments will only be accepted for stays at the locations where the booking is made.

(c) Please note that your booking is only valid if you receive a valid 10-digit reference number sent to your email address registered with Tune Hotels. You may view it by logging on to https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp. If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation Sheet within 24 hours from the time of booking, please contact our Call Centre

You can confirm your booking status through the following steps:

  • Log on to www.tunehotels.com
  • Click "Manage confirmed bookings"
  • Key in your registered account details (email and password)
  • Click Login
  • The "My Bookings'" page will appear with details of your booking status, itinerary, etc

(d) All bookings are subject to availability.

(e) Once your booking has been completed, a Booking Confirmation Sheet will be issued which should be printed and presented upon check in at the Hotel, together with proof of guest's valid identity documentation (NRIC/Passport/ valid photo identity documentation or its equivalent). The person named as 'Guest' in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying at the Hotel failing which, Tune Hotels reserves its absolute rights to cancel the room booking.

(f) Credit card bookings made within 5 days prior to check in date will require presentation of the said card. Failure to do so may delay your check in process

 
Room Rates
5.

(a) Room rates shown on the Tune Hotels website are per room and fluctuate according to daily demand and availability. Room rates are inclusive or exclusive (Please refer to the Fee Schedule) of service tax and charges or tax at the prevailing rates and are payable in the local currency applicable to the Hotel's location. Kindly check the quantity of rooms and the room rates booked before moving on to the next steps in the booking process.

 
Tune Hotels rooms
6.

(a) Tune Hotels room types (Single, Double, Twin, Wheelchair Friendly, Special Needs), vary bylocation. During the booking process, should the type of room you require not be available, an alternative room type will be displayed subject to availability. At all times during the booking process, guests are advised to ensure accuracy of booking details ie booking dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s) etc in proper manner failing which Tune Hotels shall not be held responsible and/or liable for errors in guest bookings.

(b) Room cleaning takes place between 9.00 am to 6.00pm. If for any reason Tune Hotels housekeeping staff are unable to enter guest rooms during the first attempt, then cleaning will only take place on the next scheduled cleaning day. Please refer to the individual Hotel pages for room cleaning frequencies.

(c) Guest(s) are not allowed to bring in to the Tune Hotels rooms the following :

  • any items/equipment measuring more than 3 feet (H) x 3 feet (W) x 3 feet (L)
  • no pets, livestock
  • any non-prescribed drugs, flammable liquid, bio hazardous materials, heavy machinery
  • any electronic/electrical appliances which may interfere or obstruct with the Hotel's computer and/or electrical network/systems
  • any pillows, bed sheets, duvets
  • any kitchen utensils/equipments for heating and/or cooking purposes
  • any other items which may disrupt directly or indirectly Tune Hotels operations or interrupt other guests' stays in Tune Hotels
  • any heavy volume of books, papers, newspapers or other materials which may post as a safety risk

(d) Guest(s) are strictly advised to adhere to the above rules failing which Tune Hotels reserve it's absolute right to remove the items from the rooms immediately without further notice to the guests whereby the guests shall be liable for the removal costs AND/OR Tune Hotels shall further exercise it's absolute right to evict forceably, if necessary, the guest(s) from the Hotel location immediately.

 
Check in and out times
7.

(a) All Tune Hotels operate on a strict check in and check out policy. Please refer to Hotel Schedule.

(b) Booked rooms will be held for guest check in until 9.00 am the following day of the scheduled check in date - after which the booking will be deemed cancelled.

(c) For multiple night bookings, in the event that the guest fails to check in by 9.00 am the following day of the scheduled check in date (no show guest), Tune Hotels may, with sole and absolute discretion, accommodate a new guest to the respective Hotel room(s) for the remaining stay dates without any further notice given to the no show guest nor provide refunds for the unused nights.

(d) Upon check in, guests are required to pay a refundable keycard deposit to cover loss or damage of each room keycard issued. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). The keycard deposit will be refunded to the guest when the keycard is returned to the Front Desk at check out from Tune Hotels. In the event of a damaged / loss of keycard, the refundable deposit will not be returned. In the event of a damaged / loss of keycard and a new keycard needs to be issued, the Lost / Damaged Keycard Fee is applied. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). *Not applicable to Tune Hotels Westminster, London

(e) If check out is beyond the stipulated check out time and without the pre-purchase of Late Departure add-on, Tune Hotels reserves the right to charge the guest an additional one (1) night's stay,subject to availability, at the prevailing room rate without further notice to the guest. If the guest fails to check out by the specified time, Tune Hotels reserves the right to evict the guest and remove their belongings into the luggage storage facility. Tune Hotels shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest belongings during the removals.

 
Changes and Cancellations
8.

(a) Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) are checked in, bookings are non-refundable.

(b) The only change allowed for a confirmed booking is a Guest name change which must be made at least 3 days before check in date. This change is subject to a Change fee. (Please see Fee Schedule)

(c) Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay will require the guest to cancel the initial booking and re-book their stay with the Hotel. These cancellations can only be made online at https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp. Cancellations charges apply (Please refer to the Fee Schedule).

(d) Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 3 days before the scheduled check in date. For any cancellations of bookings within 2 days of the scheduled check in time, the total payment made is deemed forfeited. Multi-night bookings cancelled within 2 days before your scheduled check in time will also be deemed forfeited. (I.E: If your check in date is on the 4th of June, Guest may cancel up till the 1st of June to obtain the credit shell minus Cancellation Fee. Cancellation made on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th of June, Guests payment will be fully forfeited.)

(e) In the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 3 days before the check in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation fee will be credited into the guest's registered account for future bookings. If the total payment made is less than the cancellation fee, there will be no credit shell given and the whole payment will be deemed forfeited. The amount in credit shell is not exchangeable for cash. The credit shell amount must be used within six (6) months from the date of cancellation, or will be deemed forfeited without further notifications. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not valid for bookings for Hotels operating with other currencies. The credit shell amount is not transferable to other accounts. The credit shell amount cannot be used for payments of deposits, add-ons and all other non-room related transactions at the Hotel.

 
Optional features in Tune Hotels
9.

Guests may opt for the following at minimal fees. (Please refer to Fee Schedule):-

(a) Air-conditioning) (Excluding all Tune Hotels in London
All Tune Hotels rooms come equipped with a ceiling fan. Each room is also equipped with one air-conditioning unit, however, usage of this air conditioning unit is charged separately from the room cost. You can buy prepaid air-conditioning credit units in sets of either 12-hours or 24-hours either when booking your room online, at the Front Desk upon check in or anytime during your stay. Prepaid air-conditioning units are programmed into room key cards, deducted while in use and can be split up over the entire period of stay but non transferable to other rooms or bookings. For e.g. should you purchase 12-hours for use over a 2 night stay, if you only use 6 hours on the 1st night of your stay, you have a balance of 6 hours for use on the 2nd night of your stay.

(b) Towel Rental
Towels, soap and shampoo are not provided in the rooms. However, towel rental is available at all Tune Hotels and comes with an Essentials toiletry kit. A towel rental fee is charged for each towel issued and additional rental fees are charged for each new towel. Upon collection of each towel from the Front Desk, guests are required to pay a refundable towel deposit to cover loss or damage of each towel issued. The towel deposit will be refunded to the guest when the towel is returned to the Front Desk. *Deposit is not applicable in all Tune Hotels in London

(c) WiFi
WiFi service can be purchased either when booking your room online, at the Front Desk upon check in or anytime during your stay. Guests are issued access usernames and passwords which are valid for a period of 24 hours from the time of issue.

(d) Pre Purchase Coupons (Breakfast and Travel)
Available at specific hotels with advanced online purchase of Pre Purchase Coupons only. Pre Purchase coupons are issued at the Front Desk upon check in. Please refer to Clause 9A "Promotion Terms & Conditions" for more details.

(e) TV (Only for Tune Hotels, 1Borneo Kota Kinabalu)
TV viewing credits can be purchased either when booking your room online, at the Front Desk upon check in or anytime during your stay. Prepaid TV viewing units are programmed into room key cards and are available in 24 hour packages from the point of check in/purchase. Prepaid TV is only valid for the selected period of stay and remaining time is non-refundable and non-transferable.

(f) Entertainment Package
Guest can purchase the Entertainment Package viewing credits either when booking your room online, at the Front Desk upon check in or anytime during your stay. Entertainment Package viewing credits are programmed into room key cards and are available in 24 hour packages from the point of check in/purchase. The Entertainment Package is only valid for the selected period of stay and remaining time is non-refundable and non-transferable.

(g)Tune Hotels rooms do NOT include the following :-

  • Room service, telephones, television*, radio, wardrobe, bathrobe, soap and towels in bathrooms, mini-bar, tea or coffee making facilities in rooms.
  • We do not provide additional or extra beds/pillows.

*(only at certain Tune Hotels locations)

(h) Room Cleaning
Guest may request for additional cleaning of their rooms and change of linen beyond the scheduled cleaning frequency for an additional cost. This service may be purchased as an add-on during the booking process. Applicable to all Tune Hotels in London only.

(i) Tune Hotels Insurance (Applicable hotels only)
Tune Hotels Insurance available for purchase by guests during their stay at selected Tune Hotels. (Please refer to http://www.tunehotels.com/microsite/travel-insurance/index.html for more information). Please be informed this is an opt out features and if the guests prefer not to choose this Optional Features, the guests may choose to do so otherwise, failing which it is deemed that the guest has accepted this Optional Features.

(k) Luggage Storage

  • Luggage storage is available for in-house guests or guests with future bookings only.
  • Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk at a minimal charge (Please refer to Fee Schedule)
  • Before or after check-out, Guests may store their personal belongings–luggage into the luggage store room.
  • There is a maximum storage period of 14 days (1 week for Tune Hotels KLIA-LCCT).
  • The hotel reserves the rights to dispose of any storage not claimed after 14 days and they are not responsible for any valuables left in luggage during storage. Tune Hotels shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest belongings during the removals and storage.
  • Each luggage bag may weigh no more than 30kgs
  • Each luggage bag may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size
  • All luggage bag must be visibly tagged with identification number. Guests may obtain Luggage Identification Tag(s) at the front desk.
  • Only the bearer of Luggage Identification Tag (s), is entitled to claim the luggage. If a person claiming the luggage is unable to produce the Luggage Identification Tag (s) for identification, we will allow the luggage to be claimed only on condition that the Guest has established to our satisfaction their right thereto. If the Guest has failed to established to our satisfaction, the hotel reserves the rights to dispose as per the above terms.
  • Prohibited Items
    The prohibited items list is not an exhaustive list and the Hotel may add from time to time without further notice to the Guests. Any item that is similar to the prohibited items below, even if not specifically mentioned, is also prohibited. Tune Hotels personnel may reserve it’s sole right to determine if an item not mentioned in this list is prohibited.
    1 Archery equipment
    2 Firearms or ammunition
    3 Incendiaries, including flammable gases, liquids, fuels, fireworks or other explosive devices
    4 Large sharp objects such as axes, ice picks and swords
    5 Corrosive or dangerous chemicals or materials, such as liquid bleach, tear gas, electronic control devices radioactive and harmful bacteriological materials
    6 Batteries with acid that can spill or leak
    *Batteries used in motorized wheel chairs or similar devices for the mobility-impaired are allowed
    7 Fragile and/or valuable items, including but not limited to electronic equipment
    8 Animals including comfort animals
    9 Oversized and/or overweight items
    10 Any other items which may disrupt directly or indirectly Tune Hotels operations or interrupt other guests' stays in Tune Hotels
    11 Any heavy volume of books, papers, newspapers or other materials which may post as a safety risk
  • Guest(s) are strictly advised to adhere to the above rules failing which Tune Hotels reserve it's absolute right to remove the items from the storage immediately without further notice to the guests whereby the guests shall be liable for the removal costs.

 
Promotion Terms & Conditions
10

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by Tune Hotels. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, guests should ensure they are familiar with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion offered.

(a) Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the coupon and shall vary as per respective Hotels.

(b) Coupons are only valid at respective Hotels, as specified in the coupons. Guest need to present the Travel Coupons at the designated Travel Counters at respective Hotels in exchange for a valid traveling ticket to their destination.

(c) Irregularities between the date, room number and the issuer will invalidate any coupons.

(d)Tune Hotels or its promotional partners shall reserves its absolute right to hold on to the coupon without any reason and/or may cancel the coupon without notice immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances, including but not limited to, where:-

  • (i) the payment for the coupon is fraudulent (i.e. using a fraudulent credit card), the credit card used to pay for the the coupon has been reported lost or stolen; the booking is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained;
  • (ii) the booking of theHotel room(s) has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a party not authorized by Tune Hotels;
  • (iii) the coupon has been altered by anyone other than Tune Hotelsor its promotional partners or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case Tune Hotels reserves the right to retain such coupons).

(e) Promotion items and prices are subject to changes without notice.

(f) At the end of the guest's stay period, if the guest does not use the coupon, it is deemed cancelled.

(g) Any request for the coupon to be used at future stay periods will not be entertained by Tune Hotels.

(h) No cash-ins i.e. exchange for cash by Tune Hotels or its promotional partners will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured or entertained by Tune Hotels.

(i) Tune Hotels and its promotional partners will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any promotional offer. Tune Hotels and its promotional partners reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person who in the sole opinion of Tune Hotels and its promotional partners deviates from a promotion's rules or from the Tune Hotels' Terms & Conditions may be disqualified without notice and without liability on the part of Tune Hotels and its promotional partners.

(j) Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.

 
Damage
11. (a) Tune Hotels reserves its absolute rights to commence any legal action or proceedings against the guests in relation to any damages incurred to the rooms or to the property as a result of their stay. Tune Hotels also reserve its absolute rights to charge the guest's credit card and/or debit cardfor the said damages incurred to the rooms or to the property without any prior notifications and if such costs of damages are unable to be recovered fully from the credit card and/or debit card, Tune Hotels shall commence a legal proceedings against the guest without any prior notice.
 
Right to Refuse Accommodation
12.

Tune Hotels reserves the absolute right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances, includingbut not limited to, where:-

(a) such action is deemed necessary for reasons of safety or security; concern any unlawful and/or unhealthy activities, disturbance or which cause public nuisance which will affect the comfort of other guests of the hotel

(b) guest conduct, status, age or physical condition or the physical condition of guest luggage is deemed to,

  • (i) potentially cause harm, create unpleasant smell, discomfort or
  • (ii) involve any hazard or risk to the guest or other persons or to Tune Hotels property

(c) the guest has committed misconduct on a previous stay and such conduct may be repeated

(d) the applicable rate or any charges or taxes payable have not been paid, the payment of the room rate is fraudulent (i.e. using a fraudulent credit card), the credit card used to pay for the rate has been reported lost or stolen; the booking is deemed counterfeit or fraudulently obtained

(e) the booking of Hotel room(s) has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a party not authorized by Tune Hotels

(f) the booking has been altered by anyone other than Tune Hotels or Tune Hotels' authorized agent or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case Tune Hotels reserves the right to retain such booking documentation); and/or

(g) the guest does not register as the person stated on the booking or the person checking in cannot prove that (s)he is the person named in the Booking Confirmation Sheet (we reserve the right to retain such booking documentation in such circumstances).

 
Limitation on liability and law
13.
  • Tune Hotels is only responsible for the guest's booking reservation and guarantee the same at the Tune Hotels on the guest's date of arrival as per the reservation made by the guest.
  • Tune Hotels only warrant that the room, as described on the Tune Hotels website, will be available to the guest.
  • Tune Hotels is not in a position to guarantee the guest's safety against including but not limited to accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Tune Hotels will not be responsible for any eventualities related to services booked through this site.
  • Whilst Tune Hotels will make every effort to ensure that the material contained on the Tune Hotels website is accurate, and all material published is in good faith, Tune Hotels does not warrant or represent its accuracy and disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in the website. Tune Hotels will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential losses or damage arising out of the use of this site or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in materials provided.
  • Tune Hotels reserves the right to retain the guest's credit card details and consent to us debiting such amounts for which the guest is responsible for as a result of and in the event any damages caused to the Tune Hotels room and/or property by the guest(s) during the stay. These amounts may be debited from the guest's card without prior notification.
  • Tune Hotels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property left in or damaged as a result of being in the guest's Tune Hotels room and/or property during the guest's stay. Tune Hotels has no responsibility for any property left behind / damaged as a result of the guest's stay.

(a) The various linked sites on our Tune Hotels site allows for further link-up and interaction between guests and the said sites for promotions and other interactive mediums. The inclusion of all website links on our Tune Hotels site does not imply endorsement by Tune Hotels of such linked sites, or any association with its operations. Tune Hotels is not to be held responsible to either the said sites or guests assessing the said linked websites, and is further not responsible for the content of the said linked sites, and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on the said site.

(b) Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.

(c) The laws of Malaysia shall apply to the Tune Hotels website and the Terms & Conditions therein and court proceedings relating thereto may only be commenced in Malaysia. Save and except for Tune Hotels UK, the law of England & Wales shall be applicable and the court proceedings relating thereto may only be commenced in UK courts.

(d) Statutory Requirements
The hotel is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. These requirements must be strictly observed by the guest, any of the guest’s guest(s) and/or representatives at all times throughout the guest’s stay at the Hotel.

 
Data Protection
14. (a) Tune Hotels will retain all personal information which the guest provides during booking. Tune Hotels may need to pass this information to other parties such as our licensees and it may also be required to be provided to government and enforcement agencies and public authorities if so required, or as required by law. This may involve sending the guest’s personal information between different countries.
 
Disclosure
15.

(a)Guests consent to the disclosure of their personal information to us. Tune Hotels shall be entitled to disclose and guests irrevocably consent to our disclosure of any information pertaining to guests to such extent as Tune Hotels may at our sole and absolute discretion deem fit to any regulatory bodies, government and enforcement agencies and public authorities if so required, or as required by law; our franchisees, our branches, related corporations, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents, commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by us to enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforce our rights hereunder and/or any other party whomsoever as Tune Hotels may, at our sole and absolute discretion, deem fit.

(b)Any disclosure by us of the information referred to in this provision will not render us liable to guests for any claim, loss, damage (including direct or indirect damages or loss of profits or savings) or liability howsoever arising whether in contract, negligence, or any other basis arising from or in relation to:

  • the release or disclosure of the information by us; and/or
  • the information being incorrect, erroneous or misstated; and/or
  • reliance on the information, whether caused by us or other third party's omission,misstatement, negligence or default or by technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, interruption, error, omission, viruses, delay in updating or notifying any changes in the information or otherwise howsoever.
 
Trade marks, etc
16.

(a) The material on the Tune Hotels website is the property of Tune Hotels. Visitors may download or use the material on the website for personal non-commercial and private use. Otherwise, the material may not be reproduced, published, distributed, amended, downloaded or otherwise used unless Tune Hotels’s prior permission in writing has been obtained.

(b) All trade marks, marks, materials used on the Tune Hotels website directly linked and associated to the Tune Hotels are owned by the Tune Group.

(a) Tune Hotels reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary at any time the arrangements featured on the Tune Hotels site without prior notice.

(b) Conflict Between English Text And Other Language Text
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of terms and conditions of this Agreement and any translation thereof, the English text shall prevail.
