Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To issue cheques and remittance advice
- Month end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts
- To handle the day to day operation matters
- To prepare and check monthly invoices, debit and credit notes, bank reconciliation statements and journal vouchers
- Responsible for maintaining accounting schedules (account receivables, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledgers)
- To perform other ad hoc tasks when required
Skills:
- Candidate must posses at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin/Management
- At least 1 year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Computer literate – familiar in MS Word and Excel
- Able to communicate in English
Experience
- Prior revenue management experience of at least 1-2 years would be an advantage
Education
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
