Responsibilities:

  • To issue cheques and remittance advice
  • Month end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts
  • To handle the day to day operation matters
  • To prepare and check monthly invoices, debit and credit notes, bank reconciliation statements and journal vouchers
  • Responsible for maintaining accounting schedules (account receivables, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledgers)
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks when required

Skills:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin/Management
  • At least 1 year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Computer literate – familiar in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to communicate in English

Experience

  • Prior revenue management experience of at least 1-2 years would be an advantage

Education

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
